Dr. Walter Wang

Dr. Walter Wang truly enjoys serving the patients in Brooklyn Heights and the greater New York City area. He is honored to be part of a team at Creative Dentistry that fosters a warm and welcoming environment for all patients.

Dr. Walter Wang strongly believes that establishing a harmonious patient-doctor relation is the key to every patient’s oral health success. He aims to first understand each individual’s needs through active listening, and then seek to be understood by having a dialogue with every patient. His philosophy is to deliver a superior patient experience and a high quality of care by utilizing modern technology combined with a profound understanding in comprehensive dentistry. He values patient education and believes helping everyone to achieve an optimal oral health is the foundation for each individual’s overall well-being.

Dr. Wang received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, one of the top dental schools in the nation that heavily focuses on digital dentistry and a modernized patient experience. He chose to continue his training in advanced general dentistry (GPR) at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City where he proficiently provided care to a diverse population and medically compromised patients. He is professionally affiliated with American Dental Association (ADA), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS), and New York State Dental Association (NYSDA).

Dr. Wang has extensive training in many phases of general dentistry including: esthetic dentistry (direct bonding, crowns and veneers), dental implant (restorative-driven treatment planning, placement, and restoration), fixed bridges, root canal therapy, full mouth rehabilitation, treating worn dentition (teeth grinding), TMD, dental extractions and surgeries, periodontal (gum) treatment, and partial and complete dentures. Dr. Wang is also a certified Invisalign provider.
